Summary

In any motor vehicle crash, it’s important to determine the cause or causes of the crash. However, many people overlook potential road defects which may have contributed to what happened especially when the crash occurred in an active construction zone. It’s important to be familiar with the standards and rules governing road construction projects and how to determine if it played a role in the crash.
