Summary

Too often lawyers do not take enough time to properly prepare a client for a Defense Medical Exam. They forget to provide the general advice all plaintiffs should be given before attending a Defense Medical Exam. Your job is to ensure your client is prepared for the DME with a clear understanding of the purpose of the DME, the role of the doctor performing the exam, what to expect, and how to respond to questions asked during the DME.

In this webinar, Eric Schloss will share what he does to thoroughly prepare his clients for a defense medical exam.
